Which sign material should I choose?

Start with where your sign will go and how you plan to mount it. Acrylic works well for business logos and lobby displays; corrugated plastic is a lightweight option for yard signs; vinyl and mesh banners suit events and promotions. Do I need finished artwork?

You can upload print-ready artwork, use the online sign designer, or ask us about artwork help. Check our artwork guidelines for file preparation. Any additional design work is quoted before it starts.

Can I choose a custom size or shape?

Many products offer custom dimensions and contour cutting. Available sizes, finishing options and pricing are shown on each product page. For a circle or a more detailed shape, check the product’s cut options or tell us what you have in mind so we can confirm suitability and any preparation work.

How do I get pricing for my project?

Open a product builder, select your size, quantity and finishing options, and upload your artwork to see pricing for that configuration. Custom neon and projects that need additional review are quoted individually. Include the dimensions, quantity, artwork and delivery location when requesting a quote.

Do you offer custom neon signs?

Yes. We quote custom neon signs for your logo, lettering or idea. Send your design or inspiration along with the size and intended location so our team can review your project.

When will my order arrive?

Production and transit time depend on your product, artwork approval and destination. Tell us your deadline so we can confirm timing for your order. Production time and shipping time are separate; review the estimate for your selected product before ordering.

Do you ship outside Dallas–Fort Worth?
